Our focus is primarily on the purchase of mixed portfolios (residential, retail & commercial). Depending on the location, however, larger facilities and portfolios in B and C locations with different utilisation concepts are also attractive to us. We attach great importance to well thought-out renovation concepts and the long-term preservation of the value of our properties and facilities. This enables us to build up our portfolio in a solid and economically sustainable manner. We also see the quality of our properties as a social component, and as owners we have tasks and obligations. Trust, reliability and transparency are also the basis of our activities here. In the last 2 years alone, we have developed 90,000 m² of residential and commercial properties.
