ERMAGRUNDBESITZ has again acquired a portfolio with more than 12,000 square meters of living space in Hagen. The investment amounts to over 200 units and a total plot area of over 30,000 square meters.
The ERMAGRUNBESITZ Group acquires a residential portfolio in Duisburg from an international investment company. The residential portfolio comprises over 300 residential units.

Acquisition of a 20,000 m² site and an office building in the immediate vicinity of Leipzig/Halle Airport. The existing office building is a listed building, comprises 4,500 m² of rental space and is currently fully let. On the neighbouring property in the Industriestraße there is an office building with approx. 10,000 m² rental area and a hotel is planned. The start of construction is scheduled for the third quarter of this year, and an amount in the low double-digit millions is to be invested. Our focus is primarily on the purchase of mixed portfolios (residential, retail & commercial).
